Frequently asked questions
What will a discovery call be like?
A discovery call is a relaxed, judgment-free conversation where you are the focus. I want to get to know who you are, what you’re struggling with, and what you’re craving more of in your life: clarity, energy, confidence, hormone balance, and/or trauma recovery. We’ll talk about your goals, what’s been holding you back, and what kind of support actually feels good for your nervous system.
What does a holistic health coach do?
A holistic health helps you understand the full picture of your well-being—mind, body, emotions, energy, environment, and lifestyle—and how these pieces work together. Instead of giving you one-size-fits-all advice, I look at your habits, stress patterns, nervous system responses, hormones, mindset, and daily rhythms to uncover what’s actually driving your symptoms or keeping you stuck. Then I help you build realistic, sustainable changes that support your whole system. My role is to guide, educate, challenge, and empower you so you can heal, regulate, and thrive naturally and intentionally. Ultimately, I believe you have the inner wisdom to heal yourself and it’s my role to guide you back to empowering that wisdom.
What’s the difference between a coach and a therapist?
A coach focuses on where you are now and where you want to go next. Coaching is future-oriented, action-driven, and geared toward building new habits, behaviors, and mindsets that support your goals. Think of therapy as understanding yourself. Think of coaching as becoming the version of you you’re meant to be.
How much does it cost?
Costs are dependent upon the program best for you. Book a free discovery call so I can understand your goals and together, we can see what timeline is best for you.
What is psychedelic therapy like?
Psychedelic therapy combines a guided psychedelic experience with structured preparation and integration to create deep, lasting change. Clinical research on psilocybin shows large, rapid, and sustained reductions in depression (Johns Hopkins, JAMA Psychiatry), while MDMA-assisted therapy has demonstrated significant improvement in treatment-resistant PTSD (MAPS Phase III trials). Studies also show these medicines temporarily boost neuroplasticity and reduce overactivity in the brain’s Default Mode Network, helping interrupt rigid thought loops and emotional patterns.
Ayahuasca—used for centuries in Amazonian healing traditions—has shown similar benefits in modern research, including reductions in treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, and trauma symptoms, along with improvements in emotional processing and overall psychological flexibility (Frontiers in Psychiatry, Journal of Psychopharmacology).
During a session, people often experience heightened insight, emotional release, and a sense of clarity or meaning, all within a safe, therapeutically guided environment. My role is to prepare you, support you through the experience, and help you integrate the insights into grounded, sustainable change in your daily life.
Do I have to do psychedelic therapy in your coaching program?
No, psychedelic therapy is completely optional and not for everyone. Together we can determine if it’s right for you.
